Wholesale Order Information
This section applies to larger wholesale orders
(Over $150 or more than 12 shirts).

12 shirt minimum order for wholesale pricing.
You can mix and match prints and sizes as you like to reach this
minimum. We supply shops & boutiques, restaurants, organization,
schools, conventions, events, weddings, groups, etc.
How to Order
It is better to order online since your order will go directly into
our system and there is less oppotunity for error. We happily accept
phoned in orders if this will not work for you, however shipping
may be delayed by a day. We charge tax to Washington state buyers
without UBI Resale numbers. Orders placed online by 11am weekdays
are usually shipped the same day.
Shipping
Actual UPS Ground shipping costs will be added after we
weigh your order. Plan on 2-3 days in transit to the West coast,
and up to a week to the East coast. UPS express service is a also
possible. Our online shopping cart will give you an estimated shipping
cost on all of these.
Samples
Samples are billed at the retail price, however if you should later
purchase in wholesale quantites, we will credit the wholesale/retail
price difference of the sample. Samples can also be returned within
15 days for a refund (less shipping).
Terms
Credit Card (MasterCard / Visa / American Express), We do not charge
your card until we ship, even if you usethe online ordering system.
You can also prepay by check, however your check must arrive within
5 days of ordering. Purchase orders accepted from government and
Fortune 500 companies. COD's are not accepted due to recent problems.
Returns / Exchanges
Accepted within 3 weeks, in unused condition. We'll charge outgoing
shipping on exchanges. Please note on wholesale orders only: Refunds
are charged a 5% restocking fee.
Canada / Europe / Australia
We'll happily ship to Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand.
For security reasons, we might ask for a photocopy / photograph
of the credit card you are using to make the purchase.

Ordering
Ordering online is preferred. Online orders can be shipped faster
than phoned orders since we don't have to manually enter your information
into our system). If ordered online before 11 am, we can usually
ship your order the same day.
Payment

No COD's You can also prepay by check, however your check must arrive

Shipping:
$6.00 1-4 pieces, via Priority mail 2-3 days in transit.
$9.95 5-11 pieces. via UPS Ground 2-7 days in transit.
You can opt for 1 or 2 day UPS service when you place your order.
These will be billed at actual costs after weighing your package.
